    1. The largest fairytale in Irish politics. I simply laugh at these headlines that it’s ever going to break ground in anyone’s lifetime

    2. For some reason we have given “planners” a veto over critical infrastructure.

Considering public sector staff have started to move over to work on it, I imagine it’s getting the go ahead.

You know this is going ahead right? There’s way too much money to be squeezed out of this for it not to.

How could anyone be against this piece of infrastructure. So many positives for Dublin and the country.
Imagine being lucky enough to have a metro station in your area. Game changer.

Is it not advancing a little too quickly. Judicial review please, let’s not get ahead of ourselves

Where are we all going to/from on this metro? Can we please have some fucking houses first!!

All the mental gymnastics. This won’t happen
      In any of our lifetimes.

Swords the 2nd biggest town in Ireland isn’t connecting by rail to Dublin and its 13km away. Mental.

We should have 5-6 Metro lines already serving the capital 2-3 in Cork 1-2 in Galway.

One poxy line which won’t be operational until 20 fucking 35 at least?

It’s incredible to think we can get any FDI in this country with our clownshow under delivery on the never never.

Add in water, electricity and of course housing.

Metrolink is a totem to Ireland’s failure to change from managed population decline to modest population growth.
