Every colour of human being is seen in that museum every day.
Why does the school think their pupils were racially profiled but no one else in the museum was? I suspect there is more to this story.

Depends, were the kids in uniform and was that School known for misbehaving on the past that the staff is fully aware of that School?
More likely the case, given that museum will have people of many different backgrounds, There’s been entire schools in London banned from different museums, many here that were kids, have kids may and likely know about something similar.

If the museum staff have identified that certain races are statistically more likely to cause issues on their property, then what’s the problem?

“People seemed scared of us. I held the door open for one lady and she didn’t want to walk through.”
Yeah, you can’t survive in London being like that, deffo more to this story. I imagine it’s the same as when I see a load of kids on the top floor of the bus making a load of noise and go back down the stairs – nothing to do with race.
