      A few heads will roll, I am sure, but Trump will be untouched. There will never be an „Emperor’s new Clothes“ point. The GOP will continue to run all branches of government with no oversight, suspend the constitution, and funnel the wealth of the country to entities who have no obligation to stick around.

      There is no point in schaudenfreude for people like Pam Bondi, she was always going to take the fall for doing what she was told and then put in an impossible situation. When she is purged there will be a relief that things can REALLY get done now that she is gone and she is replaced by another blond who has no credentials. Repeat with all who take the knee for Trump for the rest of his life.

      No, it’s not. For anyone paying attention – ’scandal‘ makes this shitty group (notionally) stronger. It would be difficult to count the number of times over the last decade that ‚the political media‘ has suggested things are ‚falling apart‘, ‚fracturing‘, ‚crumbling‘ etc. for Trump and his ilk. Meanwhile, they are now more powerful than ever. The people reporting things this way are selling bullshit and are part of the problem. Every day trump and his puppet masters gain more power… it will not stop until people truly embrace a ‚consent of the governed‘ political theory (again?).

      Don’t expect MAGA or Republicans to actually stand up over this. Remember, this is the party of pedophiles. Matt Gaetz sex trafficked a minor across state lines, crickets. Republicans even helped conceal and bury the evidence of their internal investigation. Before Mike Johnson was Speaker of the House, the frontrunner was Jim Jordan, who covered up the systemic sexual abuse of 177 students at Ohio State. Roy Moore was accused of molesting four minor girls and not only received Trump’s nomination, but only lost his election by 1.5 points. That’s to say nothing of it being a Republican party platform to block attempts to ban child marriage (google Republicans block bid to ban child marriage). There is a long history of child sex exploitation from top to bottom.

      When someone tells you „I vote Republican“ you need to understand you’re not just talking to a small-minded racist, you’re also talking to a sexual predator. They’re upset that the Epstein files are a bad look. If they got leaked and it turned out Trump raped 40 girls, they’d just be relieved they were „only“ girls and go back to supporting Trump.
