**Submission Statement**: Myanmar’s rebel groups are starting to lose the edge they had over the military junta (Tatmadaw) in the civil war that started after the 2021 Coup. The Tatmadaw has started equipping their bases with larger bases with jammers and also using portable jammers in the field to disrupts the rebels’ drones. At the same time the Tatmadaw is able to purchase a steady supply of drones from China for its own purposes.
