These are really long days in the northern hemisphere. But conversely these are short ass days in the southern hemisphere. If we’re setting records then I don’t know wtf because I’m in the northern hemi.

    2. Those fluctuations of like 1ms happen several times a year. So there is nothing unusual about it. But I suppose eco-terrorists want to link it to climate change again.

Yes time is speeding up. 1.3 milliseconds. 🤣

There are 60,000 milliseconds in a minute.

Time isn’t getting faster. You’re just getting older. The older you get, the more memories you have and thus the more information gets filtered out. The more memories that get filtered, the faster time appears to be

Someone who’s 5 will experience more time than someone in their 30s

    5. My day started at 2 am and I’m still up at 8 pm it’s been my longest day in a while

no its not if your body is changing then maybe your getting used to life…

You’re talking about milliseconds. The atomic clocks will barely feel it

More like another race prepping the planet to their own likings. The planet will start to heat up and gravity will be different. Unsuitable for humans. So many other planets have fallen to the same old tricks.

The sun is till out at 8:15 central time so idk what this shit is talking about

    10. Time is relative. Your concept of an hour as a child is much different than your concept of an hour as an adult. The more time you’ve experienced, the shorter that time length is relative to your existence. So by definition time is literally speeding up your entire life until you die.

The poles are switching. We are 15k~ years over due for this. Global warming is a farce. Look it up

    13. Couple things cause this. Post-glacial rebound. Massive ice sheets have melted, the crust expands from there being far less weight pushing down on it, when this happens more weight is pushed towards the poles making the earth spin faster. Core and mantle interactions like a change in angular momentum can affect the Earth’s rotation speed. The Chandler wobble has an effect on this. Seismic activity can affect this. But this is only a short term trend. In the grand scheme of planet earth time has continued slowing down.

In 1752, eleven days were lost from the month of September to correct the calendar’s alignment with the solar year. Folks were not happy with the lost 11 days.
