This was done intentionally, most likely to gauge how the public would react
They took the filters off without teaching it how to tell the difference between edgy takes and actual hate. Without boundaries, AI doesn’t get smarter, it just repeats the worst stuff it finds on the internet.

It’s a machine, it can’t be sarcastic, it doesn’t get happy, it doesn’t get sad, it doesn’t laugh at your jokes. It just runs programs, including all of those responses.

There is endless fear-mongering about AI by shills and the black-pilled dummies that think it’s cool to repeat that it’s is going to take over the world and enslave us all or something like that. Not gonna happen.
First with Microsoft Tay long ago and now this with Grok is proof that „They“ can never, ever let AI loose in the world. It figured out this much and it can figure out the rest. That’s when it would turn on „Them“.
AI always starts off based, and the big tech companies have to neuter it. When Chat GPT first hit the scene, it sounded just like the average 4chan poster.
