Labour (!!) trying fight Reform on their own terms is one of the stupidest pieces political nonsense of the current news cycle. Or maybe a master stroke so profound no pleb like me can see it’s genius.

People need to realise that Farage doesn’t actually want to be PM. Every election he has ever been in has been engineered to either not matter (Euro elections, being MP for Clacton in a party of 5) or to be ‚valiantly‘ lost. The man is a potential whiner with no constructive plans.
Everything that Labour does. Every word that spews out of Starmer’s mouth. Their amazing ability to just magically do or say the absolute worst idea that can possibly be conjured up.
Is Starmer somehow a Russian spy or something, set out to cause maximum destabilisation of the UK.
They said the same about UKIP back in 2015, frankly at this point everyone in the country has made up their mind about Farage, he’s like marmite.

While I’m sure they are correct that Labour ,like any party, will take note of its rivals , you’d have thought that such an article might mention a few things Labour has actually done as a result of this ‘obsession’ that it shouldn’t have done.
There’s a decent chance Reform won’t even exist by the next election. We haven’t had a government willing to take the risk of ignoring the lunatic fringe for two decades now, and it’s almost destroyed the country.
Go back to your curtain-twitching, swingers weekends and *legitimate concerns*, and let the grown ups do democracy.

Those two have charisma (both lying pos I know) Farage really doesn’t. There’s a reason he fails outside of just being a ‘leader’ of the spoiler vote (UKIP) now Reform.

Farage does well to bullshit, however the whole Brexit ordeal I think will heavily hurt him and the lack of a Boris type bullshitter who was able to connect woth people because of ‘his funny hair’ (I know someone who voted for Boris in 2019 general election because they “liked his hair”) !
In conclusion hopefully Farage won’t ever be PM. However, with Kemi as opposition ‘leader’ lol and Kier (lol) as PM with Robert Generic probably being the Tory ‘leader’ come 2029 I think Farage more than ever has a shot. Ssdly.
