Ich bin interessiert zu hören, wie Sie mit der Feuchtigkeit im Keller kämpfen und wenn man einige Tipps teilen kann, wie ich damit umgehen kann – ich sehe den Salzgehalt an fast jeder Wand im Keller, an zwei Stellen diese beiden schwarzen Dämpfe (ich denke, es gibt einen Regenwassertank), etwas Schimmel und ja … zumindest wird es nicht überflutet.
Jede Einsicht wird willkommen sein, da ich ziemlich verängstigt bin, als ich das 50 -km -Zitat von Auftragnehmern hörte, um damit umzugehen …
Ableitungslüfter werden bereits überlegt, zumindest die Luft ein wenig zu bewegen.
Das Grundstück befindet sich in Flandern, in der Nähe des Destes, der Keller befindet sich unter dem ganzen Haus und erbaut in 73 ‚. Ein Level -Gebäude mit viel Renovierung noch im Gange. Keine Überschwemmungszone, weit weg von den Seen des Genk (und dem flachen Wasser dort)

You can contact a Company to either „inkuipen“ (don’t Know the English word) from the inside.. or a Company to dig out around the sides of your house and use a product to seal the walls from there.
Both options are pretty expensive (depending on the size of the basement)
Ours is 140m² and if was about 20k +- 4 years ago.. don’t Know the prices today.
Reflecting on the second photo. Do you think that the gutters are causing the issue on the wall? That’s the same wall from outside and inside? I was thinking of removing them..
Sounds a little bit like socialism
You need a „bekuiping“ or „drainage de la cave“. It can be translated to English as „casing“, making a case around the basement to fully close it. It can be done from the outside or inside. Inside is more common as it’s cheaper and easier.
Don’t wait with this, the mold, fungi etc. will only spread further and the foundation is at risk. It looks like your gutters need rerouting too.
