I’m developing [NexusTrade.io](http://NexusTrade.io), a free no-code algorithmic paper-trading and financial research platform. I’ve built it from a passion project into a platform with thousands of users.
My vision for my platform has always been to allow the investor to express any idea they could possibly imagine. However, I noticed that a competitor, [Composor.trade](http://Composor.trade), allows users to express the „rebalance“ actions. My platform couldn’t.
So this article is how I refactored my platform to support these actions. Hence the title: if you can’t beat them, steal their idea 🤣
