    1. I think the dimentia dance party should have tipped everyone off he was a few eggs short of a dozen these days

I have a feeling that Trump’s rate of cognitive decline means he’s going to be a vegetable by the end of the year.

His brain is turning to complete mush so fast. He’s created way more chaos than he can handle. He broke up with his First Buddy who decided to launch a third party. The economy is going to grind to a halt and fall apart because of his schizophrenic decision-making. He’s surrounded by incompetent, inexperienced radicals that he’s randomly turning on. Democrats are picking up some momentum and rallying around some leaders, whether it’s Pritzker, Newsom, Beshear, Mamdani, Crockett, AOC, or one of the others fighting their way to the top. There’s a lot of talent eager to prove itself.

ICE is a push to stop dissent, because shit is going to hit the fan, hard and soon. If Vance takes over, they’re going to get very tactical, very quickly. That’s actually the scariest timeline.

Without delving into my feelings about Trump specifically, dementia is a cruel mistress. My bright, accomplished father had dementia toward the end of his life, and it was heart-wrenching to watch his precipitous decline after his diagnosis. I agree with Mary that her uncle is deteriorating. It’s very obvious if you watch his press conferences, and it’s been this way for awhile.

People have been saying this about him since 2015. Then I listen to him, and he just sounds like his typical idiot self. Time to accept the guy is just a dipshit.

    5. Yup, and then you have to wonder whose running things, because it ain’t Trump. It ain’t anyone you or MAGA voted for.

Even at the heights of his academic success….he was still in cognitive decline. The man has always been a moron.

    7. It’s sad that the problem is his press conference performance, not that he’s opening Alligator Auschwitz.

And yet, it’s mentioned for 15 minutes instead of two weeks on CNN.

    9. Don’t be surprised if Trump ends up resigning, with a series of golden parachutes provided in exchange for avoiding the embarrassment of a 25th amendment removal.

Which is great until you remember that Peter Thiel…er, I mean JD Vance will then be the president.

No, it’s not that crazy, the signs have been there for a long time.

I’m sure all the Republicans who were ranting about Biden’s mental health status are gonna rush to put the same standards on Donnie, right? Right?

    11. There really has been a marked, significant decline in just the past couple of months. Not that he’s ever made much sense. But very recently he is also just expressing greater confusion, impatience, slurred speech, and more bizarre rambling. He visibly looks like shit, every bit his age and then some, and just about everything to do with his body language suggests that he is unwell and pretty much just shambling along on the strength of whatever drugs are „working“

I think we’ll still likely be stuck with him longer than seems possible. Maybe even his whole term. But once the big slides start happening they don’t just stop and I would not be at all surprised if within about 6 months he is barely able to function in public

Every time Biden sneezed it was more proof of his dementia, so I have no problem also doing the same with Trump.

    13. He’s been off in La La land big time the past month or more. Did we ever learn anything about those bruises on his hands as if he was taking intravenous fluids? Anyone in the WH press corps think it might be something that should be looked into?

Mr. Japan, can you imagine the amount of outrage from the right if Biden had said that.

    15. He could fall into a coma in the middle of 5th Ave and no one would invoke the 25th.

Start asking him daily about Alligator Auschwitz, get the name in his head. He’ll say it eventually, he repeats what ever the last person he talked to says.

    17. Is it sad one reason I was almost excited about Harris was that she is only 60? Damn gerontocracy.
