It’s being inspected by customs, depending on what’s inside your boyfriend might have to pay an extra fee, it can take some time.
You didn’t do anything wrong I assume. I bet it’s just delayed due to shortage of staff.
You can’t do anything else than wait. Customs are slow.
5 days? First time exporting goods? Because 5 days is nothing. I guess you sent food items, they will need to be checked manually for illegal substances on the ingredients list. That will take time.
