It’s not heft because the system was established by people who represent you through your vote. If you want it to change, the avenue is through politics, not complaining on the internet. That is the system that we live under. Your vote is your voice. Not your internet whining. If you want to have more control then your vote, then run for office.

If you pay taxes but receive no services or healthcare in return, you’re effectively taxed without representation. If your only incentive to pay taxes anymore is simply to avoid going to prison instead of any societal benefits, then you are no longer a citizen but a slave.

2 minor points and a major one.
1. Capital gains tax is just income tax. You don’t get taxed on the investment, but on the income you earn from the investment.
2. Inflation is not a tax. It reduces your real income, sure, but that’s not a tax. If prices go up because the quality of something increases, that’s not you being taxed. That’s the market at work.
3. (the major point) „Theft“ is a word with a legally defined meaning. It is the removal of an object without consent and the intent to deprive the owner of it permanently.
„Tax“ is also a word with a specific meaning, that is, a mandatory unrequited transfer to a governing authority (this is another reason inflation is not a tax too).
Given the way representative democracies work – yes, even ones that are republics for you bizarre Americans that pretend like this is somehow important – you *do* consent to taxes, and thus they are not theft.
*Even if you didn’t consent* they would still not be theft because they are *legal*. Imposing tax is within the constitutional responsibilities of the government and they have a legal right to determine what is taxed, how it is taxed, at what level and to make changes to previous decisions on those matters.
Notice how the US constitution explicitly restricts the governments authority to remove your possessions *without due process of law*.
That is, the US government cannot *steal* from you *but they can impose laws* (within their constitutional authority) to take your possessions, including your money.
End of argument. Taxation is not and can never be theft. You might not like paying tax, but complaining that it’s something it’s not because you think it would sound good if it were does not advance your position one bit.

The George Washington meme of him saying “Me and my homies would be stacking bodies by now” gets a lot of laughs.
But at what point do we stop with the jokes and take this overtaxation seriously?

It is not theft. You are registered slaves as soon as you get that birth certificate. Just like animals at the farm, the birth certificate is a tag that indicates that you are owned and no longer a free human.
They register your birth certificate to keep track of their properties. We are being farmed. Sorry.

Employer is not taxed for you earning a dollar. In fact usually they hired you to offset their tax burden in the first place. It shifts the responsibility to the worker. This is also a big reason why companies „don’t pay enough taxes“.

It’s not really theft. It’s more like Chuck E Cheese and the cool prizes on the wall are your rent and groceries

The employer is taking a lot more than the taxes are, and aren’t building the fucking roads. Stop being a cuck.

And there is a dozen other taxes you must pay along the way, your money gets taxed when you die before the people you have in your will get it.
