Knew a guy who lost a kid late term. The amount of fighting he had to do to get leads when they expected him back after a few days to a week…
Guy had to get signed of sick in the end for mental health in order to get it. This is a small win, but its a good one. And it should of been in place a long time ago
Too late for me… hope others benefit. It was relatively early but it still destroyed me. Took me a long time for me and my wife to consider trying again.
Very good thing, some people don’t realise that a miscarriage can take several weeks to complete
But how do you discuss this with your manager ? My ex boss asked me to be in the offoce and fired me later because I was not focused ( I was, it was an excuse). This is tricky.
