**Submission Statement**: Indian Prime Minister Modi has started off his tour of Latin America and the Caribbean with a visit to the country of Trinidad & Tobago (T&T). He announced investments that will be made in the country and also that 6th generation Indians living in T&T will be granted Overseas Citizen of India cards that will allow them to live and work in India.
