Like most things in life, it’s usually the less sharp who end up losing the game. If that happens to correlate with a certain skin colour, that’s your observation — along with the implied racist narrative and conspiracy theory behind it. It seems more plausible to me that the people getting caught come from poorer backgrounds and act out of desperation, rather than being in the position to make a better calculated plan for profit.
