Those things are weird.
if you have a car on them, your max tow speed is 50 km/h. it doesnt have to be registered either
if you do not have a load on them, then it is a trailer. if it is unregistered, you have to drive max 25 km/h. if it is registered, go nuts, manufactyurers max speed is allowed.
And iirc if you tow something – vehicle towing has to ACTUALLY weigh more than the towed vehicle (real actual weight. if police is bored and load looks sus, they might weigh you)
