      You tied for the last available spot but lost out in the lottery draw for that spot.

      If I unterstand it correctly you would have needed at least degree 7 and only are degree 186. And in the second row you would have needed degree 27, but only are 28.

      There were not enough spots to accommodate you. For the 2nd line you barely missed unfortunately 🙁

      1. If I understood the info correctly there were 428 applicants for 27 spaces and you were 28th.

      2. There seems to also have spots awarded by random draw.

      3. The first row is regarding how long its been since you finished your previous degree and have been ‚waiting‘. You only finished a year ago? The person who received a spot due to Wartesemester finished 6 years ago.

      Usually, there are a LOT more applications than available spots. Don’t be discouraged, there’s just a lot of competition and you were unlucky here.

      I used to work for a law firm dealing with students, who tried to battle those rejections via law, so I’ve got some insights into the processes. There are also a lot more students with perfect 1,0 scores than you think.
