Ich bin neu in Deutschland und leider ist mein Deutscher noch nicht so gut. Ich habe kürzlich ein paar Schritte in der Check24 -App unternommen, um eine Reise nach Mallorca zu sehen – ich wollte nichts buchen. Es sagte "Buchen ohne Risiko," Also dachte ich, es wäre nur eine nicht bindende Reservierung oder ich konnte mich später entscheiden.
Ich habe keine Zahlungsdetails angegeben (kein Konto, keine Kreditkarte), aber meine E -Mail, meine Telefonnummer und meine Adresse wurden in meinem Profil gespeichert.
Plötzlich hatte ich eine Buchungsbestätigung mit einer Nummer. Ich war total schockiert. Ich habe sofort versucht zu stornieren, aber jetzt wollen sie immer noch Stornierungsgebühren.
Ich habe bereits an Check24 geschrieben und erklärt, dass ich die App nicht vollständig verstanden habe – das Design ist für mich sehr verwirrend, besonders wenn Sie die Sprache nicht gut sprechen.
Haben Sie ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht?
Muss ich wirklich die Stornierungsgebühr bezahlen, obwohl ich nichts aktiv gezahlt habe?
Kann etwas Schlimmes passieren, wenn ich nicht bezahle?
Ich bin gerade ziemlich überwältigt und ehrlich gesagt habe ich wirklich Angst 😔 😔

It says that you can cancel the hotel for free, but looks like you had flights too? That would be what the cancellations are for
Don’t click on any button on the internet that promises you something that doesn’t seem right. If you do so, you are getting trolled.
Listen to your gut about being scared.
„Booking“ concludes a contract…
You have made a legally binding travel booking, parts of which may be cancelled free of charge.
This means: if you do not pay the cancellation costs, they will collect them from you, probably (sooner or later) by debt collection.
I mean… Buchen ohne Risiko… please, there’s always a risk and this is the oldest marketing trick in the world. „Oh, don’t worry, I’ll take of you. we have the best prices“
Besides if you do click on „buchen“ or „booking“ then you are entering a contract, if haven’t read the contract details that’s on you.
If you want a good service where they can answer your questions you go to a travel agent/Reisebüro in a Fußgängerzone near you.
Also non-binding or not why would you book a reservation if you have zero intention to travel there? I don’t get it. Clearly this wasn’t a „shopping cart“ situation.
