Sean „Diddy“ Combs was acquitted of sex trafficking and racketeering after a closely followed high-profile federal trial in New York City. He was convicted on two lesser prostitution charges.
The split verdict was read on Wednesday July 2.
It marks a major rebuke of prosecutors in the Bad Boy Records who accused the Bad Boy Records founder of using his expansive business empire to facilitate multiple crimes.

When you got the kind of money he and his friends do, you can buy your way out of prison

That feeling when you can use the money you were going to spend on a pardon on a ridiculous quantity of baby oil instead.

I guess he won’t even need to buy a pardon.

I am normally an innocent until proven guilty person but this is an injustice. Diddy is the most guilty person and there is no way he got away on those charges fairly. Can this be appealed?

They said the RICO case was weak quite a while ago. I’m very familiar with sex trafficking laws and I thought those charges were also weak. This was bound to happen. RICO is incredibly difficult to prove. There was no way that it was going to stick.

So after all the evidence presented, women still aren’t believed. Idk why I’m so surprised.

Just like that, America has shown to the world. It is not a country ruled by law; it is a country ruled by wealth. Rich people can do whatever they want and face minimal consequence.
Is that the sort of country you want to invest in? It’s time for investors to look elsewhere.
Rules and law do not matter in America, including contract law. It is a nation built on lies where no one is safe.
Time for Canada to build a wall.

Rich people don’t face consequences in the USA. If you have enough money, you can do whatever you want to whoever you want and get away with it.

People shouldn’t be mad at the jury. This is a failure of the prosecutors. I knew once I saw they were trying to do this as RICO it was gonna be trouble. Miscarriage of justice by prosecutors more worried about getting their names in the Attorney Hall of Fame than getting justice for victims and preventing future crimes. this is gonna emboldened more bad men like him to think what they’re doing is okay.
