There is no customer service lol.
I imported a package from far. It came. I paid tax. Then on the day of delivery I get a status “being delivered” then 1 hour later “package returned to sender wrong address”. The address was correct. They don’t know what happened, nobody was hold responsible for it. They could not stop the package from going back. The value of the package was 300€ as well. Then I had to go after them to claim back the tax I have paid. On the phone they kept repeating the same bullshit, nobody apologised. Nobody offered a refund for the tax. I threathened them with lawsuit. Then they paid back the tax.
Funnily enough when the package came back into country again. It cleared and delivered in 1 day. So they kind of knew they fucked up, but they did not know what happened. Lol. Such fucking liars.

My guess is they’re mandated to do customer service but they don’t wanna have to do too much of it so this is perfect for them.
