***From Rolling Stone’s Nikki McCann Ramirez:***

Senate Republicans have passed President Donald Trump’s so-called “Big Beautiful Bill,” a sprawling legislative package that is expected to kick millions off their health insurance, codify big tax cuts for the wealthy, give a massive funding boost to the administration’s mass deportation efforts, and screw over the nation’s poor with cuts to social services.

Sorry people, rich folks have to get a new tax cut every year. It’s some kind of rule, apparently.

    3. when does this bill go into effect? i had read somewhere that it was 2027/2028, which would mean if dems re-gain control at that point… everyone is going to be blaming dems again. when this is fully supported by republicans. it’s absolutely ridiculous.

lol I don’t even want to live anymore. This government is so cartoonishly evil, all we have to look forward to is misery and death in this country now.. all to fund tax cuts for the ultra wealthy and concentration camps to imprison our friends and neighbors. Meteor 2025 please.

      >“This was an incredible victory for the American people,” Senate Majority Leader [John Thune](https://archive.ph/o/wsK72/https://www.rollingstone.com/t/john-thune/) (R-S.D.) told reporters after the vote went final.

This was not a victory, it was an epic tragedy that shows the blatant corruption and hatred present in the Republican Party.

The majority of this country, including many Trump voters, do not support this bill. Republicans continue to show they do not represent average Americans.

Wonder how many of those senators received threatening phone calls demanding they fall into line.

Attention MAGA dumbfucks, the billionaires got the tax cuts you voted for, and you will be spending more annually than you can ever afford. I hope you’re happy now that America has become a dystopian fascist authoritarian nightmare for anyone who isn’t a wealthy straight white male.

    9. They prayed to their lord and savior Jesus Christ asking him what to do and how to vote, and he told them under no circumstances should they help the poor. “Fuck the poor,” were Jesus’ exact words.

Edit: further proof this is a Christian nation

We’re clearly at the „strip-mining America for parts“ stage now. These cuts to renewable energy, especially marks the US retreat from world dominance. Nothing will be more obsolete then fossil fuels in 50 years and we’ve just handed the game to China.

Sorry folks but looks like rich people need their 5th mega yacht more than the poors need healthcare

It’s time for the citizens of this country to shut this country down.

      Fuck these people.

WHAT THE EVER LOVING FUCK IS GOING ON??

If they don’t listen to us, we can only be pushed so far before something erupts.

I’ve never seen a group of so called party of life “Christians” so happy to inflict pain & suffering on their fellow countrymen and constituents so they can give more wealth to the already disgustingly wealthy.

The Republicans hate America. Let me rephrase, they hate Americans who aren’t white and aren’t rich. Why ANYONE votes for them is beyond me.

The republicans voted against allowing teachers to deduct $600 used to buy school supplies. Seriously, this shows where their priorites don’t lie. The entire bill was a way to offset tax cuts for the rich. That is the reason they can’t „afford“ to allow teachers to deduct $600 a year. Even for me, this blows my mind.
