Ich ziehe von einer anderen Stadt nach Vantaa und habe mich entschlossen, nach Orten auf QASA zu suchen, weil es mir gefiel, dass Sie keine Kaution bezahlen müssen und Sie die Miete über ihre Website für zusätzliche Sicherheit bezahlen können.
Ich habe kürzlich eine Wohnung durch QASA gefunden und mit dem Vermieter am Telefon gesprochen. Er schien nett zu sein und sagte, er sei schon einmal an andere Leute gemietet. Er erwähnte auch, dass es von Oktober bis Dezember die Renovierung von Wasserpfeifungen geben wird, und er würde in diesen Monaten die Hälfte der Miete geben – was ihn ehrlich gesagt realer und nicht wie ein Betrüger klingen musste.

Wir haben am Telefon gesprochen. Er ist finnisch und scheint echt. Er ist lustig, basierend auf unserer kurzen Konvo und er weiß, wie man ein bisschen Filipino spricht. Deshalb sagte er "Tuloi Kajo" das ist Gern geschehen Welches ist Tagalog, um mich zu bitten, es zu sehen. Er ist ein älterer Finn, sein Profil sagt, er mag 65+ und ist ein verifizierter Benutzer. Er ist sehr vernünftig und hat die Miete für den ersten Monat sogar gesenkt.
Er eilt mich nicht, um etwas zu unterschreiben, aber er bittet nach meinem vollen Namen und Henkilötunnus, damit er den Vertrag vorbereiten kann. Er sagte auch, dass keine Einzahlung erforderlich ist, aber ich sollte die Miete des ersten Monats bezahlen, bevor ich die Schlüssel erhält – entweder durch Bankübertragung oder direkt an ihn.
Ich bin letztes Jahr erst nach Finnland gekommen und habe meine Wohnung offensichtlich zuerst bekommen, aber ich habe eine Wohnungsgesellschaft bezahlt, damit es sicher ist.
Dieses Mal bin ich ein bisschen nervös, weil ich den Ort nicht gesehen habe und ich habe keine Zeit, nach Helsinki zu gehen, um zuerst eine Wohnung zu sehen – es ist 4 Stunden entfernt. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob es in Ordnung ist, Miete direkt an einen solchen Vermieter außerhalb von Qasa zu zahlen. Die QASA -Website selbst sagt, dass sie sich vor Personen, die nicht über die Website bezahlen, vorsichtig sein sollen.

Kann mir bitte jemand sagen, ob das sicher klingt? Ist es hier normal, Miete ohne Einzahlung so zu zahlen, und ist es in Ordnung, meinen Henkilötunnus zu schicken, bevor sie die Wohnung oder den Vertrag sehen? Oder sollte ich darauf bestehen, dass alles auf QASA bleibt? Ich weiß nicht, ob er Bankübertragung durchführt, weil er alt ist und nicht weiß, wie man Qasa benutzt.

Only thing I’m a bit worried is that they’re trying to get money from you around qasa. That’s usually sign of a scam.
What kind of pipe renovation is it? If they renovate the whole line in the ”old” way, I dont think you want to live there during that. When it comes to your discussion with the landlord, you obviously need to see the contract before signing anything. Most landlords ask your henkilötunnus for making the contract. Personally, I would _never_ rent without seeing the landlord and the apartment, but you can take a calculated risk if you want. In your case the risk is 350 euroa and the upside is a condo you want.
I once checked an appartment through casa. The landlord told me straight away that casa has nothing to do with the renting. So he used it only as a platform.
I don’t really get it, isn’t a major point of using Qasa so you can pay and receive rent from Qasa directly?
The fact that he wants relatively small payment upfront and outside of Qasa rings a few alarm bells for me. He could very well be legit, but I don’t understand why he would have to do this. Why wouldn’t he just receive the first months rent via Qasa like all of the other ones too.
The ’no deposit‘ thing shouldn’t matter for this, right? If you as a renter can rent without deposit, if you wouldn’t pay or would suddenly disappear, isn’t the whole point that then Qasa would pay the landlord anyway, so he’s not in danger of losing money.
I would probably contact Qasa to ask if this is normal practice. Qasas website says that the first months payment would be paid just 8 days after moving date, so it’s not like he’d have to wait very long.
Personally I would never rent without seeing the place first, but I understand why some people are in situations where they kind of have to.
I think him getting your henkilötunnus beforehand is pretty normal, as he probably needs it to make the contract.
