      ***From Rolling Stone’s Peter Wade:***

Iranian government officials in a phone call said that the U.S. military strikes against its nuclear facilities were not as damaging or extensive as they had expected, further undermining the Trump administration’s narrative that they were “completely and totally obliterated.”

It’s easy to lie about destroying a nuclear weapons program when there wasn’t really one in the first place.

Trump is such a vacuous, flaccid, America-hating POS. I keep foolishly believing that everyone will finally realize he’s nothing but a worthless, loud mouthed spoiled bully. But incredibly it just never happens. It’s fucking baffling.

Trump was the useful idiot who helped Iran evade safeguard accountancy of their fissile material. Even if Iran has no intention to build a bomb, they have HEU to sell on the dark web that nobody is tracking.

    5. Iran is retooling while letting Trump claim he broker a ceasefire deal, lol, they are playing him like a fool

I haven’t seen this mentioned yet, but the use of the MOP demonstrated it’s capabilities to Iran and now future structures can be hardened against it.

      So smart. So much winning.

    7. The most funny thing about all of this is that the Trump admin has dug its own grave here – they claim they’ve destroyed the Iranian nuclear weapons program, so now they can’t (rationally) use that as an excuse for further action against Iran.

However, most reports seem to indicate that very little of Iran’s nuclear infrastructure was destroyed, and now they have even more incentive to see it through to completion.

So Trump has to keep repeating the lie that Iran’s nuclear infrastructure is gone to save face, while a largely unaffected Iran will now likely take the steps necessary to actually create bombs. A big catch-22 oopsie!

Reporters can’t be forced to give up their sources. This has been proven over and over.

How fiercely Trump and Hegseth were pushing back, and then going as far as suggesting it was all because their bombers‘ feelings were hurt, should be all the evidence you need that it didn’t go how they said it went.

    10. „Leaked Iran Call Further Shreds Trump’s Narrative: Report“ So, the convicted felon and lifelong pathological liar occupying the oval office is…caught lying? And, somehow, journalists think this is news?

Wake me up when he’s caught telling the truth. Now, that would be news!!

    11. They need a Razzies version of the Nobel prize for Trump. Like the Ig Nobel but totally serious and for the shittiest people in the world.

The intel community must hate Trump if stuff like this gets out so easily.

Such a bloated liar. We are all willing to placate bad grandpa as our world leader?

      Come on!!!

Let’s skip over the leaked. Over the potential failure. More importantly, he thinks the US government should be intimidating journalists for their sources. This is not a democratic action. This is not an American action. He’s factually either violated, or expressed that he wants to violate 9 of the 10 Bill of Rights. I’m not calling for actual violence, but he should be aware that’s a consequence of violating these rights. Since 1789 we’ve stood back watching the courts do their thing. If all three branches of government have failed us, We The People, are the final judge and jury. That is the American system. I would encourage our leaders to not push so far that the final guardrail is triggered.

      > Leavitt said. “The notion that unnamed Iranian officials know what happened under hundreds of feet of rubble is nonsense.‘

This lady is such a fucking moron and smooth-brained mouthpiece it literally hurts to watch her press briefings.

Iranian government officials don’t know what happened under rubble IN THEIR OWN COUNTRY that they can go inspect with their own eyes, but somehow American politicians on the other side of the planet or American satellites thousands of kilometers above do know?

Nothing trump says is true until it’s confirmed through a real news source (not fake fox).

If you view Trump through this lens, it explains everything he says and does.

“Trump says and does in front of any given audience what he thinks will make him look strong.”

This is the basis and reason for every lie, every act of bullying and every con job he has ever committed.
