      Is the system perfect? No. Do mistakes happen? Absolutely yes. Is the NHS still better than dying from the lack of insurance? Also yes.

      I don’t understand how this happened. When I had surgery, they checked my name, address and surgery type about 20 times. Even when I hadn’t moved and it was just someone new talking to me. I confirmed my details at least three times while in the theatre too, with the same people in the room. So I can’t understand how this could happen unless every single person in the chain is just skipping procedure.
