Problem is their kids will be ugly and that’ll give it away, also we’ll need some legislation to protect people from false sexual advertisements resulting in an ugly baby.

Awesome what can be achieved today. Imagine many ugly people get more appealing look and be more happy in life. Maybe it could even increase birth rates in high developed countries.
Next step would be to genetically enhance people if they would develop bad body figure later. e.g. very small or large people or having way too large hips. Things you cannot repair in plastic surgory later.
