      For those as confused as I was, the headline does mean „tipped,“ which is a UK term for „rumored“ and is not a mistype of „tapped,“ which is a US term for „selected.“

      Wasn’t Samantha Barry (Editor in Chief of Glamour) tipped for years to be Anna Wintours replacement? She seems more qualified for the position than Chloe considering she’s actually been an editor and has worked for many major broadcasting corporations prior to helming Glamour.
