      Good. He should win pretty easily too. They have a history (Fox) of doing it and losing previous cases. Should set an easy baseline for any judge and/or jury. I hope he, and a lot of other people like a recently elected NYC mayor sue them often and frequently. Great time to be a lawyer that handles such cases, imo.

      Awesome. Even if he wins or they settle, it changes nothing. They didn’t get destroyed by dominion like many expected them to. Lying and paying out is part of their business model. It’s like paying for parking for them. None of the old timers watching Fox will care enough to question. They’re already way past that and on to the next doomsday report which is apparently a candidate running for mayor in a city they’ll never visit

      Governor Hairdo has my vote, I have to say. I don’t care about policy at this point I just want someone who’s going to kick these motherfuckers in the teeth and he seems to be motivated to do that

      I try not to be doom and gloom, I really do. And I have gotten better as far as not focusing on the absolute farce of a reality we live in where morality and integrity and honesty is championed on paper but in reality only the slimiest most evil, dishonest, and worst of us thrive.

      But Fox News….a channel that informs the public….was sued and found liable for a billion dollars for LYING and they just paid it and moved on. And people still watch it, lots of people.

      Like…..if that’s not a canary in the coal mine I don’t know what is. How can anyone be hopeful for the future when planned evil takes place, gets called out, gets found guilty, pays a fine, then thrives even harder?

      I want the transcript of the call released. Gavin Newsome said he won’t out of respect, but this administration deserves no respect.

      Yes thank you. Stop going after Trump. Trump is a product of this machine and others like it. Tucker Carlson said it best (god help us) that this news station is designed to manipulate the elderly for decades.

      I know what my parents are going to say before it even comes out of their mouths. The talking points feel like they’ve been rehearsed for days based on the conviction of their delivery … because they believe so wholeheartedly now.

      They’re going to say it’s not news, just entertainment, and that it’s the host’s opinion, not the company’s.

      jesse waters is a fucking monster that deflated the tires of his coworker that he cheated on his wife with. He put her in a position where she relied on him for a ride and that’s when he found the opportunity to commit adultery. Absolute fucking CREEP.

      The best part of this is it seems to be focused at least in part on the thing where Trump said he called, but Gavin said he didn’t. If they subpoena the phone records for his office, and personal line it’ll prove Trump didn’t call him, and then lied about it. So he could not only sue Fox „News“ and win, he could also prove Trump is a liar and a dipshit. Win win baby!
