Not so long ago, Visma was a company with majority Norwegian owners and listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
Currently, the majority owner is a UK private equity firm. For all we know, if’s only a matter of time before the company’s legal jurisdiction, HQ and other functions leave Norway.
