It looks like he moved to the US around 15 years old and just never applied for citizenship in the intervening 30 years

49 year old whose lived in the US since 1988 and became a permanent resident legally in 1991. Got caught in 2023 and charged with racketeering and drug trafficking a and got a year in prison, it also means he loses his PR status and needs to leave the country afterwards which he didn’t and is presumably why ICE detained in May this year
