Ich sehe diese roten Bälle viel in Granit eingebaut. In erster Linie befinden sie sich an einer Seeküste, aber nicht nur dort. Könnten Sie bitte erklären, wofür diese Bälle sind?

They’re probably survey markers of some sort.
They are „known points“ used in land surveys.
There’s a database for these that tell the coordinates for them.
National land survey of Finland. Either for measuring the elevation from sea level or a cap for a drilled hole, that was used for earth sample collection etc
