It basically says it’s a criminal offense and you’ll either get a fine from the court or information about the proceedings. My guess is steep fine, probably taking away your license for a while, but you can look that up.
This will result in more than a fine. Therefore, they are asking for the details of the driver to hand over to the prosecutor.

Your speedometer was likely showing around 75, so unless you thought it was an 80 road (or 60) and missed the sign for 50, it will be a hard pill to swallow…

Yeah, in Switzerland, the law shows no mercy for a speedster aka „Raser“. Just fill out the form on the back, and see what will happen. Either a big fine, and your license will be taken away, or you get something less harsh.
Thats really bad news buddy. For sure it will be expensive several hundred or over one thousand francs. I don’t think they will take your license if it is your first case. Good luck with that matter. Speeding in Switzerland can ruin people.
When I did something like this the fine + fees were around CHF 1000. There was no license suspension.
