Was ist der Sinn, einen schriftlichen Vertrag zu haben, wenn dies darin liegt? Ich weiß, dass dies nur etwas ist, um ihren Arsch zu bedecken, wenn sie etwas brauchen, aber ich kann nicht der einzige sein, der es schädlich sieht?

      Yes quite common in Malta. Bascially you have to do what the employer tells you to do irreverent what is written in the job description. In some countries it’s actually illegal.

      Not scummy at all. As an employee you are subject to the rules and policies of the company and the company may change and update its business policies as it deems fit, as long as it does not fundamentally change your conditions of employment (ie hours, compensation)

      That is a unilateral change of employment conditions (not policies, as the clause you shared indicates) and illegal.

    5. To me it doesn’t looks like it’s aimed at an individual employee, but more towards the collective.

      Eg we currently have a remote working policy, but if we decide to change it to a work from office policy, you have to accept it.
