Irgendwelche Ideen?

Sorry to say this, but no it isn’t. Weißwurst is high in fat and calories and also contains a lot of salt. I would try to reduce it to once per week/ on the weekend only.

    3. > I can’t find anything suitable to replace it bc I’m in love with Weißwurst.

Just because you love something doesn’t mean you can eat it every day. If you want to replace it with a protein, start with chicken or tofu.

Weißwurst is always right… But always before noon and always with Weizen Beer. You did the sweet mustard right.

There is a saying in Bavaria: The weißwurst must not hear the church bell at noon. (little bit difficult to translate 😃)

Also Important: weißwurst never comes in pairs, only in pieces. So never eat a pair of weißwurst, but two 😅

    5. Eating the same thing constanly might induce malnurishments in certen aspects. a diverse diet is always best. this here looks quite good tho, as you have a lot of different stuff on the plate. sausage is not the healthiest, but if you like it, its what you like

    6. I mean people make breakfast with coffee and cigarettes as well so I dont think that its a terrible thing to eat wurst every day. The only downside that I can think of is that it’s like 20-25% fat.

    7. Weißwurst itself isn’t too healthy. But so isn’t having meat too often.

Even if you exchange it for healthier(less processed) meat it still wouldn’t be a good idea to have it everyday. Shouldn’t be too terrible though given that you additionaly also keep on eating a variety vegetables and fruits.

One obvious way to make a diet healthier is to reduce highly processed foods in general.

look uop the „Deutsche Gesellschaft für Ernährung“ they provide good information about eating healthy

    9. It’s bad for you, yes. If you don’t know how to replace it, go, buy random healthy things and experiment!

Well, since they get cooked or rather simmered, they wont get bad. They stay in the plot until you eat them which could be for hours.
I remember the butcher at my high school… He Set up the pot early in the morning and then served them on demand…

But all tourist would get yelled at when they ordered wrong 😅
And wheat beer was mandatory… Like a bundle Deal 😅😅😅

      A single one?

You’re fine. If anything, this meal seems pretty low calorie to mem

    12. It’s bad if you eat them without a Breze and sweet mustard. Also it’s bad if you eat them after noon.

For a start, it’s generally bad to eat the same every day, no matter whether it’s Weißwurst or salad. No single food item contains all the nutrients, and it’s hard to make a single meal that contains everything. For carbs you can get away with only a single one (e.g. rice 3 times a day), but doctors still recommend multiple; even more so for vegetables or proteins.

Weißwurst, like most sausages, is high in saturated fats, which are considered bad for your health, thus should not be eaten every day. You should strive to swap them for unsaturated fats found in poultry.

While a complete dietary recommendation to you would require us to also look at your breakfast, dinner and snacks, from the given information it would most likely ask you to

      * reduce meat consumption, e.g. only eat meat every other day and eat more legumes like soy or lentils to make up for the reduced animal protein consumption,
      * swap out some processed meat for unprocessed meat, and
      * swap out some „red meat“ for „white meat“ (unintuitively, Weißwurst is actually made from „red meat“, like pork, beef or lamb – whereas „white meat“ like chicken or turkey is usually not part of Weißwurst).

That’s the theory, though, now for the tales: save for a few holidays, my grandma had a habit of eating the same every day for more than 60 years: wholegrain brown bread with cheese or strawberry jam for breakfast, boiled potatoes and pork cut and salad (butterhead or lamb’s lettuce with oil and vinegar) for lunch, butter cookies with a cup of coffee after her afternoon nap, and dark rye bread wth tomato for dinner. On that diet, she still made it to 84 – older than anyone else in her family. Her husband ate the same, but died at 62 due to chain smoking.

Yes, unless you eat lunch before 12am.

Otherwise, be prepared to be raided by Bavarian special forces.

      Well, everyone needs their protein.

But if you eat it everyday, you could probably do without the egg.
