Maga is pretty split over this. We all saw the gaetz text story. He was complaining about Israel accusing Iran of being one week away from a nuke for the last 20 years. I imagine he represents a large chunk of that base.

If you go to the conservative sub you’ll see posts and comments accusing each other of things they usually accuse Democrats. The Israeli supporting maga say the bombing was a success and not pointless at all. The detractors say Trump telegraphed the attack via Twitter by a week giving Iran ample time to move whatever they needed making the bombing useless.

Thomas massie threw Mike pence assassination attempt at JD Vance on Twitter. These differences aren’t skin deep. They are life and death to them.

Trump is taco ing to Israel 100%, according to the Israel critics and his people are hating him for it. Taco is going to cuss and struggle to keep his balance on live TV again.

    2. Netanyahu, like Putin, knows how to manipulate this fool. Someone in the Pentagon should take a page from their book.

He received 5 million from Israeli PACs for 2024, Murdoch has strong ties to Netanyahu so he could easily turn fox on trump, Netanyahu has undoubtedly offered the Kushner/Trump family stake in their plans for Israeli development after gaza is cleared. There are multiple angles that explain Trump’s willingness to prioritize Israel’s interest over our own

How much more until a plurality of Americans realize that he’s bought and paid for by anyone and everyone with a check?

2,780-year old Israelite tablet translated. Its message: „Persia only weeks away from developing nuclear weapon.“

Given the incompetent leadership he installed as DNI and Secretary of Defense, can you blame him?

78 million Americans had the opportunity to watch Trump side with foreign countries over American many times in his first time and apparently have no problem with that.

Here’s Trump taking Putin’s word over that of the U.S. intelligence community: [https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-44852812](https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-44852812)

Really reinforing American greatness, huh? It’s almost surprising he hasn’t tariffed foreign military information and backed off that plan, too. Maybe a few more late-night all caps rants and quota-based firings will solve the problem.

    10. Tbf our own intelligence is compromised by Russia who would like us to stop interfering with Iran

But that’s kinda what happens when you put obvious pawns like Tulsi in powerful positions.

I think trump is starting to regret some of his appointees. Now the dumb ass is stuck listening to Russia’s lies coming from his own people or listening to Israel’s lies cause he thinks “welp at least it’s not the Russians lying to me again”

This is exactly why electing a moron is a bad idea. Beyond the obvious, the sharks smell blood.

you mean like how he stood in helsinki and said he believed putin over our intelligence groups? wow i’m so surprised, i would have never guessed this specific man would do such a thing

Does anybody think he actually cares who says what? His only concern is crafting whatever narrative he can in order to suit his own interests.

For him, his bests interests are served by supporting Israel. He does not take US interests into account because he doesn’t view his job as a president is supposed to. That is to be a servant to the people of the United States.

We encouraged Trump’s mindset by always putting our presidents on a pedestal. We equate the roll of President to the most powerful person in the world, but they are also most obligated to serve the interests of the people. They were never intended to be autocratic.

The whole purpose of the roll of president is to serve the people through the mechanisms of the Executive Branch as specified by the constitution. If this were prioritized by Trump, we would’ve never arrived at this juncture.

Creating emergencies with the intent of undermining the Constitution through executive order is not governance. It’s equivalent to a political coup carried out by an unfit, incompetent, self serving narcissist and his followers, who see loyalty to Trump as the easiest path to achieving their own power.

However, in this paradigm power cannot be shared hence the reason Trump has always had a hard time keeping his cabinet together. We’re not even a year into his presidency. You will see firings and resignations as a trademark of this administration. It’s simply too early to see. As the fractures begin to appear, cabinet members will drop off and Trump will try to consolidate power for himself. It’s a natural progression for this style of “leadership”.

    13. Trump sided with Russia in his first term and this term he sides with Netanyahu and Putin because they tell him what he wants to hear and throws compliments at him and he does exactly what they want. Just tell him his hair looks great sand is wet water is dry wow you are a genius then watch he’ll post it use it at his cult rallies. “ I discovered discovered the greatest thing discovered sand is wet water is dry it’s the greatest discovery ever no one else could have done it. Trump is a clear and present danger to America democracy and common sense

I truly think Mossad has all of the grimly Epstein details, and on more people than Trump. There is no other reason for everyone acting like they are being blackmailed by Israel, especially all of the boomer aged men with business or political pasts.

    15. Its going to come out that this had nothing to do with Nukes. Trump wants to mine in Iran and using Israel intelligence as cover to bomb them into submission.

    16. Maybe he’d side with the Pentagon if they started buying $Trump and DJT stock 😂

    17. Unusual_Fortune_4112 on

Not surprising, you elect an openly anti-American president that is what you get.

    18. Think_Selection9571 on

And he sided with putin over our intelligence during his first term. The real tds is his base

    19. Well in fairness, he appointed Tulsi to head of US intelligence and I wouldn’t trust anything from her.

    20. opinions360 on

He keeps siding with russia like they were an ally-he should be helping Ukraine not israel—they don’t need any help in the destruction they are causing. Ukraine also has the moral high ground—they were literally invaded and attacked and have been bombed for years—the Ukrainians need help not israel.

    21. YesterShill on

Trump has sided with Russian intelligence over US intelligence agencies on multiple occasions.

The man is a fool who has zero love for America.

    22. letsseeitmore on

This is nothing new, he sides with whatever sounds best to his orange brain.

    23. Slaughterfest on

Weird how it was said he was in the Epstein files and then he immediately started doing everything Israel wanted.

Surely it’s just a coincidence that he sides with them over his own actual cabinet.

    24. wynnduffyisking on

Considering who he put in charge of the pentagon I can’t say I blame him on that one. Although it is a mess of his own making because he is a fucking clown.

    25. ExpensiveDot1732 on

Steve Bannon said that if we ever bombed Iran (i.e. another potential „forever war“) that it would „tear the country apart.“ And there we are…at least on the R side of the aisle. I don’t align with Bannon at all, but damned if he didn’t call it on that one lol. Between that and the NYC mayoral primary, I think we have a bit of a bellwether happening for ’26….

    26. I often wondered how much Israeli intelligence got us to invade Iraq. Hopefully that was our own screw-up. Otherwise there is some serious fuckery afoot.
