      Same thing as the drug laced halloween candy. It’s a scare that resurfaces every few years.

      This sounds really concerning, for sure. Some of these reports might be hard to verify, but I think it’s crucial that law enforcement take such claims seriously to find out the motivation and protect people in the future.
