Kaunas und Siauliai wichtiger als Vilnius, Panevėžys als das teuerste und wertvollste Gelände … warum ??? Was ist die Logik, hat dies eine politische Debatte zwischen den Städten hervorgerufen? Ich möchte so viel wissen

When I was a child I remember streets names was named by Vilnius streets. From low cost Kaunas str. (Naujamiestis) to most expensive like Gediminas ave. This was a fist revision 25y ago. Please correct me if I’m wrong. Now a new “Lithuanian” monopoly revision are named by city names random or by internet voting places.
