But given the context and what Ukraine asks I’ve got an impression that we’re in 2022, not in 2025, the 4th year of Russia’s full scale invasion of Ukraine and an all-out war with the use of all types of missiles, drones, aircraft and other weaponry, targeting civilians, residential buildings, energy infrastructure, murdering innocent people while they’re sleeping in their beds. What wasn’t it possible to introduce all necessary sanctions against Kremlin’s war machine earlier? What reasons do you see?
