      As a natural born US citizen living in America, I wouldn’t want to go abroad just to risk the scrutiny on reentry. I can’t imagine an international tourist willingly visiting the US at this point in time.

      Seriously, people of the world, there are plenty of other amazing places to visit! Yosemite and the Grand Canyon will still be here in 2029.

      I believe it, my wife’s friends family tried going into the US from Canada by car & they were asked what they thought of Trump and the US. One replied with “I wish things went back to the way they were” and the other said “I have no opinion, don’t keep tabs on the news” both were denied entry

      Bit of a shame that he was denied entry but he should wear it as a badge of honour (or, well, honor but he didn’t get in; you might need to be a tourist to understand that).

      I travel all over for work; some countries i go in with clean phones and laptops with just the items I need for work, zero social media, messages, photographs etc.

      I added the US to that list a few months ago.

      I’m a Canadian that has a lot of American friends, and has probably been to the US more than 30 times – spending most of my vacation budget in the USA. I have literally been in every State that is West of the Great Lakes and a few to the East.

      Why in god’s name would I come back when I could be detained, cavity searched, have blood samples forcibly taken and *hopefully* get sent back to Canada when they search my phone?!

      I WANT to come back, you guys are awesome. Please get your shit together and call me.
