      So this sets a judicial precedent for when Dems hopefully get back in power. Lock up anyone in the Trump admin who violated the law without due process, and then say „nope“ when a judge says they should release them. Got it.

      They won’t let him go because that opens the door to everyone else they have kidnapped and shipped overseas to possibly be freed. It has nothing to do with the guilt or innocence of Garcia.
