Additionally, a senior Iranian official told [Reuters](https://www.reuters.com/world/middle-east/israel-under-missile-attack-iran-says-all-options-open-after-us-strikes-2025-06-22/) that most of the highly enriched uranium (HEU) at the Fordow facility had been moved before the bombing, while the director of the International Atomic Energy Agency [told The New York Times](https://www.nytimes.com/2025/06/22/us/politics/iran-uranium-stockpile-whereabouts.html) that HEU previously stored at the Isfahan facility had been moved before it was targeted by US strikes.
