No idea where you’re driving from but I always try to avoid ferries from Hirtshals, the sea is rougher there than for example Rostock – Trell / Gedser + Hel – Hel. Last time the ferry was delayed from dept. 2200 to 0030 and so many people including me have been vomiting
Spend some time in Fjærland, visit Fjærland Fjordstue Hotel for a meal on the balcony
Otherwise, depends on what you’re looking for, I’m into hikes and landmarks. I can provide some locations with photos if you’re interested. Btw Park4night is a great app for RV camping!
You should do more ferries, and explore the fjords more.

Take a small detour to see Borgund stavkirke and vindhelllavegen
You shouldn’t miss Geiranger fjord and Trollstigen mountain road. You are passing by.
When visiting jostedalsbreen glacier, go take a look at the summer ski resort. Pretty nice for a day or two :). We also did some surfing at hoddevik beach.
Prepare for some shit weather haha.
