    Kann mir jemand den Unterschied sagen?


    Ich sehe zwei Würste in einem Geschäft. Weisswurst Wurst und Oktoberfest Wurst. Sie sind fast identisch. Der rechts ist etwas dunkler. Kann mir jemand den Unterschied sagen? Danke!

      this is exactly the same product, they just changed the name at some point. there is no difference at all. same ingredients, same article number, same everything

      The ingredients appear identical, by the same maker…dare I say there is no difference?

      Maybe just natural variation in the color of the meat they used. The list of ingredients looks pretty identical.
      Could be minor differences in the spice blend, too.

      Weißwurst is for cocking in water (temperature below boiling) and the other one is for grill. There are not the same

      Probably the pork/veal ratio or the herbs. Nur we can only guess. These aren’t German. They are Canadian

      As soon as I saw they contain rice flour and potato starch, I stopped thinking about it.
