The big on the right is the hot water storage from the heating.
The smaller white one on the left bottom is a pressure compensator. It has air inside and buffers pressure changes.
The big tank is the main water tank which stores hot water. The smaller round tank on the wall is a compensating tank: it helps to compensate for differences in pressure caused by evapouration and temperature changes.
The white cabinet is obviously the boiler, and the small dark cabinet on the far wall regulates water through the solar panel.
It’s an unvented (closed) hot water cylinder, providing heating and, well, hot water. It’s a closed system, means it’s under pressure. The little tank on the left is an [expansion tank](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r9C33rkxdXc). When water is heated up, it expanses and needs more room. That little tank is a safety device.
The best is to leave it alone, only professionals are allowed to maintain an unvented hot water cylinder.
