> „I’m a bit of a workaholic, so I’m forcing myself to try to take some time to travel and not work,“ Aniston admits.
> „It’s so critical, I know, but I’m not good at it,“ continues the Emmy, Golden Globe and SAG Award-winner, who has launched a new campaign with Smartwater.
> „Our work is diminishing returns at the end of the day, if you’re just working so much that you don’t have any wonderful life experiences,“ adds Aniston.

Only celebrities call working consistently being a workaholic. Every other America just calls it life.

I’m not very good at it either. I have bills to pay and everything is expensive as hell.

There’s are definitely some celebrities out there that live a grounded life. If they want to talk about being a regular person, have at it. Then there are celebrities that have so much fame and money they can’t possibly live an average life. Their attempts to portray themselves as normal always come off as cringe. Ironically, the grounded celebs feel no need to talk about their average life, and it seems like the ones flying high feel the need to try and relate.

She’s even better off than the majority of actors that are worried they can’t make rent if a show goes under or a streamer pulls it taking away residuals.
She can totally retire now especially just off Friends money.

Jennifer seems like a lovely person, but these kind of comments just feel tone deaf in today’s world. She had no intention of seeming that way, but that’s how it sounds.

Why do so many people think that artistic practitioners/performers only talk and smile in front of cameras because they also happen to be famous?
That said, do they sometimes overstate their work? Yes. But a lot goes on behind the scenes to make things happen.

She has one or two acting credits per year. Big whoop.

Here is the deal. Celebrities and rich people can only speak their truth and what they relate to. Why are we obsessed with them trying to relate to our lives?
Now I remember being a workaholic. When I first came out of law school and was working as a prosecutor I was putting in 60 to 65 hours a week. It impacted me health wise and I realized I was just living to work. Thankfully I had people around me to call me out on it, and I left the SA office.
