Ooo this guy is good.

He is the de facto head of the church in Bulgaria, since apparently no one is appointed there officially by the Catholicos, because there is a dispute between the Bulgarian Armenian church and the Edjmiadzin over the properties and lands that the Bulgarian prelacy owns.

The guy states that not only the Catholicos has illegitimate children, but also the other top leadership does too. He criticizes Istanbul prelacy for not greeting Pashinyan. Also accuses the church leadership of embezzling the aid money they got for Syrian Armenians.

Overall a fantastic interview. Too bad the guy can’t be Catholicos since our church laws don’t allow married clergy to become one. I guess it’s OK when you just lie about it.

More clregymen need to speak up. They must cleanse the Church of this mafia gang that took over.

So do we consider his dialect as western? or is this the standard church dialect?

sorry not much of a Church person here. Sounds pretty formal western to me, missing the gor and ge suffixes as western originally is, but he’s also using oum
