The Cap has to go regardless if you beleive it or not its just become a unpopular idea and it’s a easy target .
There are ways Carney can manage the carbon under a target without putting big giant red liberal pylons out for everyone to see.
Carbon capture is a scam that tries to fight the laws of physics. People write about it as though there were working technology. There’s not, and there won’t be.
Pipelines are a waste of money. By the time they come online, the demand will be fading, if not gone. And that’s ignoring any other problems. Treating them as „nation building“ is backward-looking silliness.
The oil and gas boom isn’t coming back. It doesn’t matter how much you „invest“ in it.
