Im really confused how like 90% of crypto people somehow hate XRP yet it marketcap is 150B or so, something doesnt make sense

I’ve seen post like this and comments calling XRP a shitcoin. Some of them have an attempt to explain or back it up, but none of them I’ve seen really do any level of a good job of explaining why the poster or community in general hate on XRP.
I’ll admit to being new to crypto still, and I could be wrong. Hell, I know I’ve been wrong several times. But I believe XRP is both going to make me money (likely a fuckton) in the near to mid future, and be a key part of the global financial structure moving forward.
So tell me why I’m wrong, I’ve wasted time and money on XRP, and where you think I should be putting my money.
