He knows prefab and modular can only thrive with mass demand .
But more importantly, he understands that mass demand is worthless without stability and reliable access.
His most valuable experience is in the understanding the road blocks at the ground base of our problem , which is municipal.
Has anyone seen how insufferable this guy is answering questions? Rightly gets asked why he thinks it’s fair that he gets to own multiple lavish, multimillion dollar properties while telling millions of Canadians that are priced out of the housing market that housing prices can’t go down. Proceeds to ignore the question and deflect with a typical liberal non-answer.
