A combining form meaning „working …“ or „work …“.
Might be „ARBEITS“ could be short for „Arbeitszimmer“. So this cable might run to the office of the house/flat
It’s the cable from your office (Arbeitszimmer)
this looks like home Network cable-
i think it means Arbeits(raum) or Büro. this is a Direct wire Connection to a Network outlet in a wall in this room.
you can connect a PC to this outlet and a Router on the other end to connect them together, your Landline is something else. look for a TAE Outlet or a Fibre cable near the Terminal where you took the picture.
