      A friendly reminder of how we got here; Back in 2015 the JCPOA was signed by Iran and several world powers, including the United States, the JCPOA placed significant restrictions on Iran’s nuclear program in exchange for sanctions relief. Everyone was mostly happy with the agreement because it stopped the development of nuclear weapons by Iran.

      Then in 2018 President Trump withdrew the United States from the deal, claiming it failed to curtail Iran’s missile program and regional influence. Iran began ignoring limitations on its nuclear program a year later.

      2025, and here we are. Thanks to Trump.

      As a Geriatric Millennial, I for one am excited to see even more of my lifespan focused on losing Americans in the Middle East. First it was for retribution. Then it was for oil. And now it’s for Trump’s beachfront property in the West Bank. 

      Every. Single. Middle Eastern adventure has been started by a Republican. And 2 out of 3 of them have been started with a lie.
